1. Shipping Codes

2. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import taxes incurred as regulated by your country. I'm not responsible for any mail delays due to customs. If the package is returned to us due to an inability to deliver to the customer's specific address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.


3. Processing Time

Processing time will be 1-2 weeks. 


4. Wrong address 

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address for their orders. Please ensure your details are correct prior to check out. Any changes made after ordering cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong address.


5. Cancellations, returns, & exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, & exchanges. However, please contact us at [email protected] if you're experiencing a problem.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking will be emailed to the email address provided during check out. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package tracking once it gets mailed out.


7. Missing or defective items

Our apologies! We're a small business that hand makes our products and there may be slight imperfections or variations from time to time. If you spot any missing or defective items, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

- Take a picture of the missing or defective item(s), make sure that the issue shows clearly.

- Email us at lildreamdust.gmail.com with your photo and order number.

- Give us a brief description of the issue.

Please note that we're not responsible for damages occurring during transit. If a refund is processed, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.


8. Lost or damaged orders

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please opt to purchase insurance for your shipment (highly recommended!). We keep video records of all orders processed for quality assurance. If your order has yet to be delivered a month (UK) or 3 months (international) from the date of your confirmed shipment, please contact us at [email protected].
